st Take the hat, scarf and gloves. Head, neck and hands are like radiators. By the head and neck movements 2-3 liters of blood per minute. Without the hat and scarf down and cools the blood flowing colder in the body.
Second scarf is important to close to prevent the warm air in the clothes coming out of the neck.
rd Dress in layers-on-layer principle. Better with several layers of thin clothing, airy, yet with only a thick outer garment. Warm air between the layers insulates.
th Wet clothes (sweat) dissipates heat 25 times faster than dry.
th Keep your legs warm. It is the only way to keep your feet warm. Cold legs cool otherwise the blood that flows down into your feet.
th Do you stand still long to seek shelter. The wind blows out the warm air in insulating clothing
